The anatomical structures of the head and neck are extremely sensitive and any pressure upon these areas can have a direct affect upon the ability of the horse to use its entire body freely and effectively. Having a correctly fitted bridle can improve the comfort and performance of your horse and this is being more readily recognised by riders and equine para-professionals alike.

I offer a comprehensive bridle fitting service, with a typical fitting taking upwards of 45 minutes. During this time we will discuss any schooling or behavioural issues you may be experiencing, your chosen discipline and bridle/bitting requirements. I will also assess the head and neck conformation of your horse before assessing the fit of your current bit and bridle. I may ask to see you ride, so please make sure you have all relevant tack available and are suitably dressed, including a riding hat which meets current safety standards.
